Shipping Policy

Every order gets packed by hand with care and a little chaos magic. Here is how it works.

Processing time

Orders go out within 3 to 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after your confirmation email. You get a second email with tracking when it ships.

Domestic shipping rates

We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.

Local pickup or delivery

We occasionally offer local pickup or hand delivery in Savannah, GA and Portland, OR for select events or drops. If it is available you will see the option at checkout, and we will reach out to set a time.

International shipping

Not yet. We are working on it. Stay tuned, global coven.

Damaged cans or bottles

We pack to protect, with padding and sustainable materials when possible. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo to info@hatchetgranny.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for more.

Shipping delays

Weather, natural disasters and holiday volume are out of our control. Once the box leaves our hands it is in the carrier's care, but we will help if something goes wrong. Email info@hatchetgranny.com.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking says delivered and you cannot find your package, check with your neighbors or building manager first. Still nothing? Reach out and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages, but we will do our best to support you through it.
