At Hatchet Granny, we pack each order with care, love, and a little chaos magic. Here's everything you need to know about how your potions get from our cauldron to your doorstep.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: We’re a small, independent brand, and while we do our best to be fast, we appreciate your patience as we pack your order safelyβ€”especially when it involves glass bottles and bubble wrap.


Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping promotions may apply at timesβ€”watch our site and social for special offers.


Local Pickup or Delivery (if applicable)

We occasionally offer local pickup or hand-delivery in Savannah, GA & Portland, OR, for select events or drops. If this is available, you’ll see the option at checkout. We’ll contact you to coordinate pick-up time or delivery window after your order is placed.


International Shipping

We’re not shipping internationally just yetβ€”but we’re working on it. Stay tuned, global coven.


How We Ship Glass Bottles

Glass is fragile, so we take packaging seriously. Your order will be wrapped and protected with padding and sustainable materials when possible. If your bottle arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. (See our Refund Policy for more.)


Shipping Delays

Carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or high-volume times (like holidays) are out of our control. Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier’s careβ€”but we’ll help if something goes wrong. Just email us at info@hatchetgranny.com.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "delivered" but you can’t find your package, first check with your neighbors or building manager. Still no luck? Reach out to usβ€”we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. While we can't guarantee replacements for lost packages, we'll do our best to support you through it.
