The founder
Cimcie Nichols
Daughter of Roger Nichols, the eight-time Grammy winning engineer behind Steely Dan. She grew up in the music industry and in the clubs of Los Angeles, worked in horror and immersive experiences, and trained as an herbalist and a certified sound practitioner.
Hatchet Granny began as a pop-up elixir bar in Savannah, Georgia. She built it into a canned soda, a mixer, a store list across the country, and a world people want to be part of.
