The elixir experience comes to you
We throw the party.
Hatchet Granny brings the party to life with immersive elixir bar experiences and pop-up activations where every sip hits a feeling, not just a flavor. You'll find us in Los Angeles, Chicago, Savannah, Portland, and Atlanta, with our eyes set on opening a gothic elixir bar and teahouse that's equal parts magic and mood. We also help you build out your drinks menu. If you want a touch of magic at your place, we love collaborating!

Bring us to your placeOut in the wild
Out in the world.
Pop-up bars, takeovers, tastings, sound journeys. This is what it looks like when we leave the house.
We throw the party
Dance floors are sacred.
Every event ends the same way. Nobody wants to leave.
The details
Spiders on the silver.
Lavender in the glass. Spiders on the tray. We do not skip the details.
Behind the bar
Built across all five senses.
Smell, taste, feel, look and sound. Real botanicals and a story behind every name.
Bar takeovers and menus
The quiet ones
Sound journeys and tastings.
Candlelight, crystal bowls, a glass of something botanical.
Rituals
The reveal
Theater is part of the recipe.
Red smoke, black bottle. We like a reveal.
Savannah
Where it started.
A pop-up elixir bar, a dance floor, and a city that got it.
