Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

That said, because Heartbreak Healer is a perishable, consumable product bottled in glass, we do not accept physical returnsβ€”even if the bottle is unopened.Β 

If something went wrongβ€”or if you just didn’t love itβ€”keep reading. We’ve got you.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your bottle was broken in transit, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund. No need to return anything.


Didn’t Love It? Let’s Talk.

We get itβ€”Heartbreak Healer is bold, botanical, and not for everyone. If you tried it and it just wasn’t your vibe, email us within 30 days of delivery and let us know what didn’t work for you. We may offer you a refund or store credit, no return required.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short note about what didn’t land (too floral? too tangy? we’re all ears)

  • A photo of the bottle (so we know it wasn’t fully emptiedβ€”no judgment, just fairness)

Our team will review your request and do our best to make it right.
Limit one taste-based refund per customer. We reserve the right to decline requests if abuse is suspected.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

  • Bottles that are fully consumed

  • Customer error (wrong shipping address, forgotten discount codes, etc.)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges

Since we don’t accept returns, exchanges work a little differently. If something was wrong with your order and we approve a replacement, we’ll ship it to you at no cost. Otherwise, for a different product, we suggest placing a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
That said, returns are still not accepted on perishable items like Heartbreak Healer. Just reach out to request a refundβ€”we'll guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your refund request, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
